This service agreement applies to your servers and includes the following:
- 1 scheduled visit per month for maintenance and support
- Server Related Phone Support
- Server Related Remote Access and Support
- Backup maintenance and consultations, no monitoring
- Email hosting
- Website hosting
- Up to 3 servers
- One scheduled visit per month for maintenance and support
- Server Updates- NAV, Windows/Office, Security patches
- Review hardware and software, identify possible problems
- Review event logs
- Guarantee that the server is up to date and performing at optimal speed
- Clean up and install software as necessary
- Server Related Phone Support
- Phone support calls are limited to server related issues
- Provide help with server related issues – errors in the event log, detect performance issues, identify unnecessary services running, restart, etc.
- Server Related Remote Access and Support
- Setup remote access to the server
- Remote connect and provide critical updates and maintenance
- Remote connect and provide training
- Remote connect and provide troubleshooting
- Email Hosting
- The email server is not limited in any way (unlimited accounts, transfers, etc)
- You can send or receive large attachments (no limit from Outlook, 20mb limit from the web interface)
- Web-based domain administration
- Multiple domains
- You can have big mailboxes
- Unlimited email accounts
- Web Site Hosting
- Front Page Server Extensions
- FTP protocol access
Here are some examples of when you might be charged for service labor, but not limited to:
- You request that we install new software on the server, or reinstall existing software to attempt to prevent problems
- You request that we come out on an unscheduled visit
- Hardware failure
- Troubleshoot problems that are not windows related
Data Consulting Group does not charge drive time or perform labor tasks without proper authorization. Our goal is to keep your maintenance expenses to a minimum, and if possible, to a fixed monthly price.
